ACTIVITY 1: Listen to the World of Business Podcast  to hear an interview with Bloom and others (30mins). The podcast discusses a number of interesting points around the challenges and pitfalls of working from home during the pandemic.

ACTIVITY 2: To develop trust and cohesion, virtual teams are encouraged to socially interact (virtually). To help you do this, download the Virtual Ice Breaking Activity  and answer the questions. During your first meeting with the rest of your team, discuss your responses.
