Introduction to Legal principles and Systems Assignment -

ASSIGNMENT TITLE: Parliamentary sovereignty is an outdated concept and is no longer relevant in terms of the UK constitution.

How far do you agree with the above statement?

Assignment Task: Write a 1,500-word essay. You must use at least 5 sources (2+ books and 3+ journal articles). Wikipedia or dictionary definitions ARE NOT accepted as sources.

Additional Guidance -

1. Essay must be written in plain English language and typed with Microsoft Word format preferably Verdana, font 12, double line spacing.

2. Use of appropriate legal resources (both primary and secondary) should be included in your work. Please refer to our lecture on Legal Referencing. The OSCOLA Referencing Guide should be consulted in your essay.

3. You must at least use 2 books and 3 academically recognised articles.

4. Express yourself clearly and succinctly and avoid using colloquial language.

5. Cogent understanding of the law will be rewarded and answers must be neatly and appropriately presented.

Note - Use some case to support the argument position agree with the statement need to write two arguments and one counter-argument each argument better to have 400 words.
