Task 1a. Learning Contract

Answer the questions on your motivation and commitment to making progress on the module.
1a. What am I willing to do to achieve good grades on this module?

Task 1b. Mission Statement
Use the prompts below (Wilding, 2020) to help you create your personal mission statement that reflects who you are as a person and your guiding values.Adapt the sentences as much as you need.

Task 3. Personal Development Plan
You do not need to complete the PDP this week, but it is a good idea to look through the questions.

c. Emphasis: What do you need? What is your specific goal?

2: Identify Your Development Options
d. What steps could you take to developthe new knowledge, skills and behaviours?
E.g. read more about the topic? Watch some videos about the topic? Practise the skill every day for 30 minutes? Organise the way you learn?

Think about your own learning preferences and adapt the task to suit.
