2. For the latter, information such as the fundamental steps involved: * The rate law of the reaction. * The nature of the intermediate. * The rate/yield dependence on the substrate structure, solvents, and conditions should be included.

Third: Although not included in the Chemical Reviews, the reaction class is shown in (Angew. Chem. Int. Ed. 2009, 48, 9658)(Paper #3) should also be included in the review.
