Question-

Assuming p and v are independent show that in a reversible process:

(ds/dP)_v = (Cv/T)(dT/dP)_v

[In words: partial s/partial P at constant volume = C sub v/T times partial T/partial P at constant volume]

And

(ds/dv)_p = (Cp/T)(dT/dv)_p

[Partial of s with respect to partial v at constant pressure equals C sub p/T time partial T with respect to partial v at constant volume.
