Scenario-
ModernArch (Pvt) Ltd is a prestigious consultancy with novel technologies and they awarded to design a 60 storied mixed development building at the heart of the city center. The top management decided to introduce a modern information management system (Building Information Modelling) to integrate the entire project successfully.
You are assisting as a Junior Project Manager in the evaluation committee and you supposed to work with other committee members to produce a report to assess how a BIM enabled process can result in positive outcome over and above traditional methods.
A. Evaluate the usage of Building Information Modelling in the large-scale building context of local and international developments in the Construction Industry? Your evaluation should consist the following factors.

B. Critically evaluate and create a BIM execution plan and explain all BIM dimensions that can be used for a building project. The BIM execution plan should incorporate with all project stages of the building project.
C. Assess the key differences in between Building Information Modelling and its associated outcomes over traditional methods while focusing on project outcomes and collaborative working processes.
D. Explain the project roles that are required to successfully deliver a BIM project and how the information is created, managed and used throughout all the stages of a project.
