ASSIGNMENT TASK

Reflect on the work-based learning experience analysing the organisation that the placement was completed within. Critically reflect on the learning during the placement and how improved employability opportunities from completion of the placement. Assess different issues that have been faced during the work based learning placement and critically reflect, using subject based theory, how these could be overcome or what adaptions would be needed.
