Research question:

What are the roles that need to be performed by the Line Managers to increase staff retention?

Objectives:
to determine the role of the line managers in staff retention
to evaluate the need for staff retention in the hotel
Primary research - questionnaires (30 participants: 10 Line Managers and 20 existing and new employees), observation - assisting the interviews by HR to new employees, data analyses
Secondary research - literature review, data analyses
