Business report

The individual assignment requires you to submit a short1,000 word business report, which focuses on your contribution to the team's analysis of the case study material (see ArcelorMittal IHRM assessment brief) and proposals for the organisation's strategic decision makers.

Your report should take the form of a formal business report and include the following sections:

1. NBS Front Cover
2. Title
3. Table of Contents
4. Brief Introduction and Terms of Reference (~50 words)
5. Main Body
a. A succinct summary of the team's case (~100 words)
b. More detailed, critical discussion focused on your individual and specific contribution, including analysis and recommendations (~800 words)
6. Conclusion (~50 words)
7. References

The reports must include relevant theory and concepts, and referencing using Harvard style. Both the front matter (i.e. the NBS Front Cover, Title, and Table of Contents) and the end matter (the list of references) are excluded from the word count.
